Who are you? What are you curious about? What brought you here and how might this community support you? I look forward to learning a little more about you - Stella ππ»
I am a mindfulness meditation guide who has been sharing reflections on Mindfulness at the library (Mindful Moments) and in prisons since 2019. I have combined my Buddhist practice with knowledge of secular mindfulness and a tiny amount of knowledge of neuroscience. Here is a link to my website: https://gloriakgreen.com/
Hey Stella! I thought I'd check out your substack too and here I am! This sounds good. I am for community stuff too. It is so important. And we don't live far from each other either!! I am Julie. I am curious about people and their lives and all the little funny quirks that most of us have. About Nature too and how we can find peace in the world. Look forward to reading
Hi Julie, lovely to see you here. I completely agree with you about being curious about our little quirks, the differences that should be celebrated. Strength comes from diversity after all. Looking forward to writing to (and with) you ππ»
Oh, the point about building truly relational spaces is in the top of my curiosities at the moment! Iβm actively looking for ways I can explore it in the coming year. Would love to hear about your experience and suggestions in that realm!
And, well, hi! Iβm Nika :) Iβm curious about community and creating spaces for deeper connection. Iβm curious about Old Ways and how learning those can become a nutritious compost, informing our New Ways of being. Iβm fascinated by our interwoven world and ancient wisdom. Iβm forever looking up to nature.
And I look forward to seeing you, Stella, nurture this space and all that grows from it ππ»
Hi Stella, I happened upon your substack and thought I'd join and say hi because I am keen to find communities that are nurturing and supportive - for my work, for life and yours seems like a welcoming space. I would love support from community as I change my career in 2024 and 2025 into more coaching and less digital marketing. I'm interested in how people evolve through change and how to support them well, and support them to reach their potential. I'm a yoga teacher and have thought about doing the Karuna Institute Psychotherapy course, so it was interesting to notice you're doing the course.
Hi Bethany! Welcome & apologies I missed your beautiful note before this. I'm glad you're here, and what an exciting journey it sounds like you are starting. The world needs more people who can listen deeply, as a coach does. ππ» I'm planning to write a little on my experience of Karuna in the future too so I'll look forward to hearing what you think!
